Working out of a small studio in Oklahoma, Spencer paints the war that lives behind a quiet exterior. Mixed media — acrylic, spray paint, collage, marker — layered until the page can’t hold any more. M.O.W.E started as a personal exorcism. It became a body of work he couldn’t keep to himself.
